THE HISTORY: Over 10 years ago an idea was born in the hearts of two European investors searching for the lifelong dream of living in the middle of a virgin rainforest surroundings of a Central American country. Their search for the perfect property took them to all corners of the Central America, but it wasn't until they discovered this beautiful piece of land nestled within the magnificent rainforest of the Pico Bonito National Park that they knew they'd found what they had been searching for.
After having found the perfect paradise that possessed the right blend of carefree lifestyle, nature, mountains, tropical atmosphere and the convenience of an international airport a few miles away, the third largest city La Ceiba and the beautiful beaches and Bay Islands nearby, came the task of securing this piece of paradise and building an international retreat. It took a year before Noa Noa Lodge was open. For the past ten years Noa Noa Lodge has given lots of guests the opportunity to enjoy this natural paradise during their stay. A year ago the idea of Noa Noa Residency Club was born. Now it is being developed to offer you the opportunity to own the most unique real estate which you can find on the entire Caribbean coast of Central America.
Project Description of Noa Noa Residency Club: The site for the Noa Noa Residency Club is one of the best locations you can find on the main land of Honduras or even in Central America. It is located on Honduras' Caribbean coast only 30 minutes from the La Ceiba International Airport and bordering on the magnificent rainforest of the Pico Bonito National Park. The backcountry road leading to Noa Noa Residency Club passes through the lush greenery of coffee and cacao plantations and a local village before arriving at the beautiful property set against the backdrop of the towering peaks of the Nombre de Dios Mountain Range.
Each building lot for future development is located with views of the forested slopes of the 8,000 foot Pico Bonito. Within short walking distance of the property and your future home in the Caribbean you will be able to enjoy the cascading clear waters of the Río Bonito for a cooling swim. The slope of the property faces windward and receives the steady trade winds from the ocean, which guarantees a great climate throughout the entire year without even needing air condition during the hot summer season. The hills of the site rise to 600 feet, providing ideal locations for home sites and sweeping views to the surrounding scenery.
The vegetation on the site is varied and interesting, reflecting previous plantings of fruit trees, bamboo, tropical trees and rainforest fauna and flora. Rental Management Services: As a new owner of Noa Noa Residency lLub you can provide rental management services for individual home owners at your option. Revenue sharing agreements between the homeowner and the management will guide the relationship. During times when some of the residency club home owners are not at the Residency Club during an extended period of time, for a fee, the you can watch after their property and make sure everything is fine without them having to worry about your house and its safety.
The Development Group: The current owners of Noa Noa Residency Club and Noa Noa Lodge are from the Europe and have lived over 10 years in Honduras. The owner himself is a European architect with extensive knowledge and expertise in complete constructions and construction management in Europe and Honduras. He will be available to provide the Buyers with detailed information and designs for future vacation homes, if you decide to take advantage of our already existing models. Due to the owners experience in Honduras, they will be able to give you advise in taking over this business , as well as make you aware of other business opportunities within our community. The lawyers will facilitate the necessary steps to properly register the new owner's title, once the contracts are final and financing arrangements are completed. You will acquire, a property which allows you to build several additional vacation homes for guests or future lot owners if you like. To cover obvious fixed costs such as security, maintenance, and overall management of the home site area, you will assess any individual homeowners a nominal fee.
